Hi, I’m Tom. My wife, Brianna, and I own four vacation homes and host nine additional properties for other owners throughout California and Arizona. We love helping homeowners make the most of their properties while creating welcoming spaces where guests can relax, reconnect, and make lasting memories.
As vacation rental owners ourselves, we understand what matters most: prompt communication, a clean and comfortable home, and someone who follows through. We bring that same thoughtful care and attention to every property we host.
Our homes span Lake Havasu, Parker, Big Bear, San Clemente, and Rancho Mirage. Whether you’re planning a weekend on the water, a mountain escape, or a longer desert stay, we’re here to help make your experience easy, comfortable, and enjoyable.
Outside of hosting, I work in sales, and Brianna works in tech. We love spending time with our daughter, Jayden, enjoying the outdoors, and traveling together. On weekends, you’ll often find us out for a long run.
