Coast & Desert Stays is a vacation-rental co-hosting business operated by Tom and Brianna. Contact: montyspropertymanagement@gmail.com.
If you use the contact form, we receive the fields you submit (name, email, optional phone, city, bedrooms, whether the home is on Airbnb, HOA, and your note). That form is emailed to us through FormSubmit (a form delivery service). FormSubmit receives the fields long enough to send them to montyspropertymanagement@gmail.com. We use the message to reply about co-hosting. We do not sell it.
If you email us directly, we have whatever you put in that email.
We do not run advertising pixels or a marketing-analytics package on this site today. Hosting may set a strictly necessary cookie so the site and form work. Reservations and payments happen on Airbnb, under Airbnb’s terms and privacy policy—not ours.
To answer owner inquiries, decide whether we can co-host a home, and keep a record of that conversation. We do not sell personal information and we do not use the form list for newsletters.
Form and email threads are kept as long as needed to reply and, if we work together, to manage the home. You can ask us to delete an inquiry that did not become a hosting agreement.
If you are a California resident, you may ask what personal information we have from the form or email, ask us to delete it, or ask us not to sell it (we do not sell it). Email the address above. We will need enough detail to find the record.
We do not use a cookie banner because we are not dropping optional tracking cookies. If we later add analytics or ads, we will update this page and add a consent choice before those tools run.
