I’m Tom.

My wife, Brianna, and I own four vacation homes and host nine more. We enjoy helping owners turn their homes into income and helping guests make the most of their time away.

We care for the homes we host the way we care for our own: quick replies, reliable cleaning, and attention to the details. We’re Airbnb Superhosts, and our flagship Lake Havasu pool home is a Guest Favorite with a 4.92 rating from more than 100 reviews. It has 5.0 ratings for communication and check-in. That’s the standard we work toward at every home.

We host across California and Arizona, from Lake Havasu and Parker to Sugarloaf, San Clemente, and Rancho Mirage. Each place is different, but guests and owners can expect the same care from us wherever they are.

I work in sales, and Brianna works in tech. Clear communication and follow-through matter in both our jobs, and they matter just as much in hosting.

When we’re off the clock, you’ll often find us out on a long run.
