My wife, Brianna, and I own four vacation homes and host nine others. We treat owner houses the way we treat ours: fast replies, clean turnovers, no surprises.
We list and message on Airbnb. We coordinate cleaners. You get a monthly recap. You keep the house and the Airbnb login.
Inquiry → stay → turnover → owner note. Same loop every time so you’re not chasing texts for a week.
We don’t list a house until the permit is on file and we agree in writing: 15% management fee, cleaning quoted separately, who is the 24-hour contact, 30-day out.
We look for homes guests can use safely and as listed: clear bedrooms, working amenities, and a setup that matches the photos. We’ll walk the property with you and say whether co-hosting is a fit before anything goes live.
You keep the house, the login, and the reviews. We handle messages, calendar, and turnovers.
