Guest reservations, payments, cancellations, and house rules are handled on Airbnb. A listing on this site is not a guarantee of dates or price.

Co-hosting

Sending the contact form is not a contract. If we host your home, that relationship is in a written agreement (fee, cleaning, 30-day out, 24-hour contact). You remain the owner, permit holder, and insured party unless a signed agreement says otherwise.

Content

Photos and descriptions are for the homes we manage. Do not copy them for another listing without permission.

Liability

This website is provided as-is. We are not a real-estate brokerage. We do not replace homeowner or short-term rental insurance. Review and occupancy issues at a property are handled under the owner agreement and Airbnb’s terms, not these website paragraphs.
